Submitting the company enquiry form saves your details in a private inbox and emails them for review; optional website analytics are separate.

Company enquiries

When you select Send enquiry, we send the company information, contact details and message you entered to DeAndre Hyde's nominated Clawdie business mailbox and Gmail inbox for review and follow-up. Your email address is included as the reply address. Do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information.

Cloudflare hosts our private enquiry inbox and processes email notifications. We store the company information, contact details and message you submit, along with its reference, submission time, review status and notification status. Only authorised website administrators can access the inbox. This information is used to assess and follow up your enquiry and is kept while it is needed for that purpose or until a deletion request is actioned. We do not store your raw IP address with the enquiry or put enquiry contents in optional analytics. Emails remain in the recipient mailboxes under their email retention settings. Contact deandre@clawdie.ai to ask about your enquiry or request deletion.

The form uses essential validation and abuse controls independently of optional analytics. A successful submission confirms that your enquiry has been saved for review. Email delivery is a separate notification and is not guaranteed. Submitting does not guarantee selection or create an operating agreement.

Optional analytics

Choose Accept analytics if you are happy for us to count visits and returning browsers, page and link views, scrolling, and approximate time in each section. We also use the referring website or campaign label, device category and country to understand where visits come from.

We do not record pages, cursor movements, keystrokes or form contents. Raw IP addresses are not saved in our analytics database. Cloudflare processes connection information to deliver and protect the site, and provides the country-level estimate.

Your choice

Analytics starts only after you accept. No thanks keeps it off. You can reopen Cookie settings at any time. Withdrawing stops collection, clears the analytics browser identifier and asks the server to remove the current visit. If the connection is unavailable, that deletion request may not reach the server.

Your choice and returning-browser cookie last up to 180 days. Visit details are automatically removed after 90 days. Daily totals are kept for up to 13 months. Older daily totals cannot be linked back to a browser and may remain after withdrawal. Owners and labelled test visits are excluded from the normal dashboard.

Admin access

The private dashboard uses an essential sign-in cookie. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Admin pages and sign-in fields are excluded from analytics.
